BIOGRAPHY
After the resounding success obtained by his first two albums "Un vieux hippy" and "Moitié-Moitié" which sold more than 25,000 copies in Acadia, Cayouche does it again with his third album "Roule, roulette".
For this album, Cayouche surrounded himself with renowned musicians, under the skillful direction of Marc Beaulieu. We find Martin Melanson on double bass; Johnny Comeau on violin and mandolin; as well as Kenneth Saulnier on banjo, mandolin, guitar and violin. In addition, Solange Campagne and Martine Daigle joined their voices to that of Cayouche for what is shaping up to be her most refined album to date.
The album includes 12 French-speaking songs whose style ranges from the hippy troubadour we know to the bluegrass music of a kitchen party. “Roule, Roule” should satisfy the wide range of Cayouche fans.
