Description
Morency Live is the third solo show by Quebec comedian François Morency. Presented in stand-up, the show addresses the legal system, insurance, American supremacy, alcohol, world history, the school system, cartoons and babies. One of the numbers calls on the public's creativity: spectators are invited to write an unusual sentence. François Morency tells the story of Little Red Riding Hood using sentences written by the audience as lines. By targeting the unusual elements of current events and everyday life, François Morency becomes an accomplice of the spectators, going without malice into pastiche rather than parody.
