BIOGRAPHY
The title of the album speaks for itself, “Finance-moé” is an EP that does not take itself seriously. It's an album for the pleasure of making one... Humorous texts where irony flirts with social criticism on a musical framework of not so clean folk/blues.
The group “Les Bluecharms” is made up of four women from Restigouche, New Brunswick. The garage band sound is certainly not unrelated to the fact that they are childhood and teenage friends who come together to make music simply for fun. With “Finance-moé”, Maggie Savoie (vocals, guitar and dobro), Isabelle Savoie (vocals, bass and mandolin), Louise Poirier (vocals and percussion) and Marie-Christine Arpin (vocals and guitar), present an EP of five songs to take with a grain of salt, tapping your foot or with a drink in hand.
